There are some screeners that dont have the stuff at the bottom.. Just a copy some producer had etc. Its pretty much teh same as a dvd rip.

its probably a svcd that was converted to dvd-r and then ripped
out of the dvd-r. same exact thing happened with a copy of reloaded.

The person that uploaded, named it whatever they wanted. The mod that checked it saw a good quality SVCD and let it go. Simple it's real but not a DVD Rip it's just labeled as one.
