I read the invite and it's telling me that my inviter need to confirm it
that's it. I should receive another email after that?

yes they are behind that hosting site , after u confirme your invite , u ll log in from that site , and it ll take u to pp ( peerportal )

i don't think you will receive an email when ur inviter confirms ur account

u can ask him to confirm ur account and inform u when he does that

or else, u can keep trying login in :P
