steam accounts can be recovered don't do this trade guys.. unless he's offering to gift you games it's a risk. doesnt matter if you change the email address or anything, there are ways to recover an account you create on steam, altho i forget the details because ive never done it. happened to me before tho

you contact steam with the credit card you paid with or some other identification and they reset the pass and email
