I agree withe the DC++ thing.

A hub can be set up with a password, unfortunately I have no idea how this is done.

Do we have any Direct Connect experts.

Perhaps when you next see him you may want to mention it.

He could start a thread in the other P2P section. We could set up a private hub with password, if enough people were interested.

They can also be used for chat if one wants.

What does anyone else think - FC, you thought up the SS thing, what are your thoughts on this.

Why bother with all that when you can ignore him or anyone else talking shite you don&#39;t care for? It would be easier than ignore because people you&#39;d ignore would be kept out but I&#39;d save you trouble justto ignore them.

Too bad hogster had adthomp banned only to get 1000 post in 2 weeks. he would&#39;ve easily surpassed paul in coming months. Probably still will. :P :blink:

It&#39;s really more to do with the trouble he caused for the people over there.

Caused a lot of animosity, by lying about people in the rooms.

I was just suggesting that we consider the DC as an alternative. Not to keep him out, just in case the animosity got too much.

It became obvious that people were going into the room to start fights. With hypo leading the trolling a lot of the time.

I think a lot of it has been calmed by the right thinking sorts and things are getting back to normal.

JJ for one spoke to a couple of the organiser type dudes so hopefully things are back to normal. It&#39;s too good a system not to.

On a side note here is another thing that hasn&#39;t happened in months: Me and FC posting in the same thread&#33;

I feel blessed just to be able to post in a thread started by the one and only. The fates have truly smiled on me&#33;

Yes our littel world over on SoulSeek seems to be getting back to normal.
I like it there....... and a big thanks to Jetje for talking to there Admin.
and settling things down.

I also would like to say nice to see that you can chat there once agin FC
It was weird thinking of you being banned from the room you started :blink:

Well the problem with hitting ignore is that not everyon does which means it seems like your seeing someone talking to themselves or you think that person is talking to you
