They keep fucking me over basically. Were paying for high speed right now and I'm only getting about 60kb/s MAX on my downloads. A few months ago I was getting about 180-200. I called them up and the guy said that theres something wrong with the line outside my house..and thats it. I keep getting bullshit answers every time I call back and ask whats going to be done about this. Apparently were too far away from the server to get high speed services..but in my adventure I finally got some information out of someone. Apparently theres a server WAY closer to me but "its full".

Im so sick and tired of this fucking bullshit I could puke.

They gave me this number for the "executive problems hot line" or something like that but when I called nobody picked up.

If anyone has any better ideas please let me know.

Thanks.

1. Get a new ISP
2. Move house
3. Kill someone who is on the full server and take their place

If you would really like some help try checking out the forums here http://www.dslreports.com/

Bell is unlikely to help but which isp are you going to change to?
All dsl will be throttled and cable has bandwidth caps.
If you're in Toronto or Montreal there's some regional options.
Otherwise if you've got money to burn get a cogeco business connection or
better yet a seedbox.
Sorry not much help I know.

bellend? :shifty:

All canadian ISPs suck.

All I can say is I get the full rated speed with rogers, but they throttle bittorrent so if you use that then don't get rogers. I don't use bittorrent so I'm good...
Rogers also has caps...
