My account was hacked some months ago. I explained it to the Staff - and here I am. They were pretty helpful.

snap, they did get it once for 3days and pretty well trashed my name here for awhile so I can commisserate with others it has happened to. Since then
there have been several bruteforce attempts on my a/c but none have succeeded. All I can say is that you use a secure password scheme , it is your only real protection.

Just chose a PW with 14 characters including some letters, numbers, @, $, £, %, § and a space in it. Nobody can brute-force that.

I had some problems when i traded a acc here, after a few weeks the acc was hacked and used to download and i am sure the same person hacked into my internet acc and stole 15GiG of my monthly data allowence as when i went into my internet acc and went to log in the user name of that person was auto typed into my acc,they also cheated with that invites i gave him and i lost all my invites for that site,man ya gotta be careful and have yourseld a very good password,one that you need to write down so that YOU dont forget it,;-)good luck and i hope someday you find out who it was.
