A bit more info about the site would be helpful to attract people to join it :)
Like is it an 0day tracker with fast release times, a specialist tracker or just a general tracker.
Also asking for staff from a community where very few people use there usual site names could cause you all sorts of problems.

Hrmm you should definately sort out errors you have. Also, your cat icons should all be the same size. Your browse page looks funny with the different sized icons. Also, you should sort out your theme issues. Some text is not visible depending on the different themes you use. You should really go over things with as fine a comb as possible. Make sure your site is secure, etc. Manual confirmation is nice, but could be abused in the future.

You have staff right now. I wouldn't suggest taking anyone that volunteers for it though. You never know who you're giving access to certain tools and information if you do things that way. I suggest you keep the current staff and only promote those that you feel contribute to your site, and want to help out in a staff capacity.

if u havent noticed yet...thats been happening for a long as time...go look at the open signups thread there are like a million trackers i havent even heard of....and they all provide the same stuff

There is too little info given about the site for me to consider joining it.

We do get the movies very fast on release and we do have seedbox seeding then so u will get the movies quick.
Very fast to one person could mean 30 mins after a scene release to another it has to be with in 2 mins.
How many films are being seeded by one seed box and is it a 100/100 or gbit seed box.
If 20 films being seeded from a 100/100 seed box and leechers on them all it is not going to be that quick.
What catagories do you have for the films?
These are just a the things some users would like to know.

To me it sounds like either you have not spent enough time thinking about how to run a tracker or not enough time to post about it properly.
But mostly likely it is both

Imho there is still room for well constructed well run trackers in most fields other than 0day trackers for fast releases. Even then one of them might do OK if it permitted owners/staff/uploaders of other sites to upload there stuff on other trackers as very few seem to allow that these days.

why u think pple will leave Revtt , Tl or SCC to enter ur site ???
