Cos a large percentage of certain countries happen to be cheaters & traders and MODs & Admin have better things to do for all their members rather than having to deal with a load of problems that emanate from certain countries for a minority of members.

Much easier to damn them all and have much less work to do with the small amount of time they have, which is given free of course. Thus this benefits more members for the greater good of the site.

There are alternatives in acquiring static IPs such as VPNs, VDSs, VPSs & seedboxes.

There are alternative torrent sites as well.

You can point out the direction to some, you can lead the way with others, but there are a few that no matter how hard you try, they will still be fucknuggets at the end of the day, you can lead a horse to water but you can't force them to drink.
