few of those u have mentioned are well established...like BCG,SCC and are very promising

i think IPT(relatively new) is the most promising (because of the number of torrents seeded) along with PTN (very innovative torrent site i have been on)

why are oldies like BCG, SCC, and Goem mentioned? If they are, why aren't rest included? Like TL, Revtt etc.

this contest should only include the top 5 tbh SDbits, ScL, iTS, PTN, Tehconnection

Non of the above, and some now are established trackers and imho they cannot be considered as a 'Most promising tracker' as to me this means a new tracker prob under 6 months old.

MOST of the aforementioned trackers are, imo, too old to be considered "fledgling" trackers

That new Mac tracker, STC, looks like it might get somewhere, vortex is... yeah...

Didn't want to read through fricken 10 pages. The term "lazy cunt" comes to mind. You couldn't be bothered to check any of the trackers out either....could you.

Goem has been open for at least 99 weeks

SCC for at least 95 weeks

BCG for at least 84 weeks

Not exactly new trackers now are they.

Well if we opened BCM tomorrow, then maybe i could sort of understand, but even if we did (and we wont lol) we will still have 50,000 members as soon as we opened, and torrents should not take all that long to appear.

It will also have the SP system as well, which isnt really a new thing.

so it will be a new tracker, but it wont be a new tracker at the same time sort of thing.

If the poll was, which tracker do you think has been the most innovative over the past year.

or

which tracker do you think will be the most innovative in the next 12 months.

then that would be a better poll (which we would probably fit niceley into, even though i still dont think we will win, this one i cant see why we are listed, even though i did vote for us obviously lol)

Yeah, this is flawed. Some of these trackers are already very well established. This should include only newer ones like BSK, TC, and GFT.

this post might be slightly off-topic, but not entirely.

i'd just want to ask about PtN. I remember when it first started, it was flamed as f*ck on this forum because their staff board were "a bunch of traders" etc. and that other sites had no respect for them etc. then it seems like it all cooled down and now all i hear is positive things about the site. can someone please fill me in on this? was all the flametalk just misunderstandings, have they changed their staff, have the fst users forgotten, or do you simply don't care any more about the stuff you were so angry about before?

Short version:
DeadCell became its owner, put order inside doing what he had to do and things run smoothly.:)

Pretty much most of what was said about PtN in the beginning was true, and as Nemrod said I bought the place, replaced the staff and we have been working since then to clear PtN's bad reputation. We have had our hic ups with downtime etc but nothing serious. Im pleased with where we are heading. :)

BsK, which was called Bitseek, is dead.

And GFT has very few leechers.
