The time has come for the Rabbit's birthday and the staff there has given the opportunity to allow the members there to invite users to join their very exclusive tracker. I've searched for this rabbit at some other places but I figured FST would be my best shot because I know you people who've have trapped this rabbit are out there hiding.

I'm looking to obtain this tracker because I've heard some pretty good things about it. I've heard of its tight knit community, some-what rare content, unique user class system and much more. All of these are required to make a tracker successful by adding something unique to the table.

I've idled many different chans and some-what researched into what the Rabbit has to offer, so I got a pretty good grasp of how it works and if you got questions, feel free to PM.

I know I could benefit this tracker in several ways. I'm an active participant throughout my trackers by seeding/leeching as well as posting. I'm also idling in IRC's and I'll chat it up there if there's some form of activity on it. Basically, you'll find me as a very active rabbit catcher if the community is willing to welcome me and I'm almost 100% positive that it will.

I'm going to say I'm prepared to do what it takes to be a beneficial member for the "tracker" part of this tracker. I've got two seedboxes, an OVH one and a VPS but I'm 100% certain that ratio will definitely not be a problem.

For those who might consider me not a worthy member due to my join date or "newness" to torrenting, I'm going to say please don't. Some could say that the "date joined" really factors in and it probably does but hopefully there is an exception for me as I feel I'm just as qualified as the next guy or even more.

If you want to talk to me about this possible invite and you want to see my experience with trackers, feel free to PM me. I'd be willing to send profile links to show ratios as well as post counts to prove that I am worthy to be a keeper of the rabbit. And don't worry, I'm not the kind of guy who is making the big jump from like BitSoup to Wabbit. (No offense to any staff/members at BitSoup, just trying to express the point I'm trying to get out.)

you must look for a friend for it, someone who WANTS to invite you, and not to do that favor to you, if you'r looking for a favor go to trades i guess, or if you wanna try your luck make a simple post why you want it and etc.. being a good user is already a part of the deal and they can ask proofs and etc to you AFTER they want to invite you

The friends that I know that received invites have already given them out to friends they have known longer.

Anyhow, to my knowledge and from the experiences of others, you don't find the rabbit. The rabbit finds you.

This is why I've opened this request thread, to alarm the rabbit that I am awaiting his presence.

Coming from the guy with the worst req I've ever seen :frusty: "I want to get in because I'm curious"
Don't troll jokzor, support the dude or do something productive. You are trying to get in yourself, it's not like you actually know what Rabbit is looking for.

let's assume for a second that they don't allow more than one account per lifetime.. what in the name of God would be a good motive to request it? name one motive that doensn't show you've been there, or that's not viagra for your e-dick..

edit: and of course, for many of them, the answer is that there are pretty common torrents with everything you wish for, but i can't wait to see your awesome motive to want it :)

why do i believe that you'r making your side with him because you know deep there's not much that you can say when you make a request? you want him to be accepted for his commitment, or do you want your future commitments to be accepted?

It's all about who you know.

Network, make friends and help people out. Nothing more you can really do. I know I took a step of faith once and requested FTN, but that was a very rare occasion when my cries were answered. For the most part, spend your time in tracker forums or on irc. FST wont net you the big 'uns unless you can somehow show yourself as an extremely awesome, useful guy.

IRC for the win.

I've seen people request trackers that are real easy to get in, and still they wrote a long and persuasive exposé and showed potential inviters what they stand for, how they feel about torrenting, why they want to get into a tracker, etc...

The fact you can't even do that for a tracker like this (one of the rarest to get in) shows potential inviters you will be 100% useless to it's community and tracker.

Ask yourself if you would invite yourself to it if you saw your request.

Besides ... like you said before, you can't really motivate why you want to get into that particumar tracker, because the only thing it really differentiates it from the other trackers is rarity. They haven't gotten the fastest pré-times, don't have the best content, not the best retention, not freeleech. They might have a good community, but thee's others that have great communities too.

So basically every request you see out here is just a futile attempt to get into a tracker that is almost inpenetrable.

It's been said millions of times ... try to make an impression by being active at a tracker you already are a member at.

Maybe you'll get invited that way, maybe not.

Disme, if that's how you feel...great. :)

I respect how you feel but as for my personal beliefs, I feel that this is competent enough to alert them at least though I would like to know your opinion on why an expose on why I torrent or the knowledge of torrenting would be important on a request for "rarer" trackers.

How woud you expect someone to invite you to a tracker like this if they don't know you. You request an invite for a tracker noone normally hands to a complete stranger.

If you choose to do so and probably waist your time it's fine with me. But if by any chance a miracle was supposed to happen, it would rather happen if in your request you at least try to introduce yourself properly and show possible inviters what effort you want to put into the tracker.

Imho your request should be mirroring the effort you want to do once you have been invited to it. By writing some general stuff that has been written 1000 times before you aren't even close.

Might sound harsh but that's how I believe these things work. And even if you'd write an entire novel about yourself, chances you would be invited would still be close to 0.
