Currently I'm not Asian but I'm considering switching.
I was very impressed with the Chinese ability to change 14 year old gymnasts into 16 year olds and have inquired about the possibility of reversing this magic.

Neither do the Chinese in fact it's a well know fact why they use sticks. This is because of the lower carbon footprint that sticks leave ..compared to say stainless steel cutlery! Now if all the billion Chinese decided over-night to use steel to eat their meals with..then the world would be over before 21-12-2012 ..So basically that makes them champions of our environment :)

we use only our hand and food is served on disposable leaves(in south India) ..
Now imagine how many resources wud go waste if Indians started using sticks .
