Best Internet provider

Hi everyone,

I'm moving to the use in a couple of months and i was wondering what the best ISP is?

What i need:
- Fast(more then 8mbit DL speed)
- Unlimited download(or more then 100gig/month)
- Available in Arizona(Phoenix, Mesa)
- P2P friendly(so no throttling etc)

It all depends on where exactly you're moving too.. cuz not all ISPs are available everywhere. Just depends... If you pick a bad spot that's not covered by any high speed providers, you'll be suck with 56k :\

if i were u and have verizon fios, ill take it any day, they got rocking upload speeds and no p2p throttling..

According to wikipedia, while the local speed may be 100MBit/s the International speed drops considerably to about 256-2048 kbit/s.
BTW this is not the first time I have heard that.
