printscrn can't capture movie stills. you have to use the option to capture a frame in a program like BSPlayer. the movie program creates the screenshot.

using BSPlayer, for example:
1) play the movie, pause it on the frame that you want
2) press P or Shift + P
3) the screenshot is saved in BSPlayer's screenshot folder
