I want to find an easy way to download Qucktime files.
I know the movie's are usually embedded to the pages, and It makes It very difficult to find a direct link to file you want to download.
Is there any easy methods to that I could use.
I've already did several searches and came up with few methods, but non of them work.

Think you'll need to have Quicktime Pro, not sure though.

install safari, browse to a page where a movie is embedded, go to activity monitor in safari, locate the .mov file alt+doubleclick to download it.

I know there is Live HTTP Headers or Firebug ... but not that easy to find the cached/embedded link compared to the activity monitor inside Safari.
