feel free to tell me how stupid this idea is but...

its possible to use a tv card as webcam on msn messenger . so, my idea is for people to trade email adresses and their country on here, so people could place requests.

e.g. im in england and want to watch a show thats only on in america. i could ask an american with a tv card and at least adsl to put that on for me.

this is only an idea and i know that the webcam window is only small but this idea could be worked on

intersesting but the frame rate would be very slow even adsl they only give like 60 fpm you would want 24fps.Streaming video seems the way ahead

the frame rate is suprisingly good. ive already tried it with one of my mates

Hmm worth a try but i think it would be annoying cos the quality would be poor full screen.Just takes the enjoyement out of watching an otherwise good film/docu/series etc

yeah there is that. maybe it could be done through winamp :huh: , but im not sure how to do that
