Downloaded Finding Nemo. Doesn't Work!

Hullo guys. I am new to this board

I have a problem. I downloaded Finding Nemo from kazaa. But the damn thing doesn't run. The Media player shows that it is playing the movie but there is no video or audio. The file size is 446 Megs. File properties tells me that the extension is *.avi and the codec is divx. I have the kazaa codec pack installed as well as the divx codec. I tried the nimo pack but that didn't help me either.

Have I been taken for a ride? Or is there a solution which I have missed?

umm money money I put a bet on it being a fake

Preview it before you download the whole thing next time. If you did and it worked then you have a problem. If not it's most likely a fake.

I downloaded a version off e-mule and it works like a dream!
Great movie and good picture sound!

yeah probably a fake but u could try it with the divX player (some of my divX movies run smoother on that)

But anyways I guess it is just like I thought it was -I've been taken for a ride :angry:

i concure, 1st its too small second you have no audio or video, if you like put it in gspot and see if if will render

yeh man i use to always download fakes befor i found this forum, there is a couple of screeners out there, im downloading the xvid-vite version wich is a screener, and the qualitry is perfect, so just search the forum for it. its bout 700mb
