Hello everyone,

I am annoyed with my ISP's throttling my speeds.
I live in Montreal, I'm with bell, sympatico. My contract says I have 5mb/s down/800kb/s up. I've noticed that depending on the time of day, my speeds fluctuate. From 2am to 2pm I download at 149kb/s and upload at 95kb/s. They cap it radicly at all time. On morning high traffic the throttling goes on over drive and all I get is 25kb/s down 25kb/s up.

I'm getting frustrated that I don't get to fully enjoy what I am paying for.
Is there anyway to bypass the throttling?

Does anyone have this same problem? Any info is appreciated.
