12 people where to make concepts for show.
I set up a plan B in case of failure - banal literal show
I wanted them to work on the ideas individually
instead they where put in groups (that is how advertising works - fine)
they came up with 3 projects, one excellent, one complicated yet interesting, one cliche but could be sensational.
Boss wanted them to make one piece together...
I come in on monday and they have decided on Plan B.
