Last week my boiler stopped working. We had no heating or hot water so we phoned British Gas and signed up for one of their plans for £2 a month plus a one off payment of £90 for this repair.

We've had someone round 5 times and the issue still hasn't been fixed properly. They've changed various parts on the boiler (all included in the price fnar fnar) but for some reason we still can't get hot water at night. Got someone coming round tomorrow again. :ermm:

The boiler repair man is here. Once again. At the moment the thing is working though. I wonder how he's going to diagnose a fault which only occurs at night, during the day. :huh:
