No, that's for Batman 5 not year one.

Batman 5 (http://movies.yahoo.com/shop?d=hp&cf=prev&id=1808490909)

Batman year one will be a smash hit if they do not fuck up the great comic version of Frank Millers masterpiece. (anyone who have read the dark knight series by him ?) it is smashing great.

The way things are going with other superhero movies. It may be good. I liked the joker, that was a good one.

I apologize it's not Year One as in Frank Miller's but it does focus on an earlier Batman. I guess it's prequel like.

I didn't like Year One.
Something like The Killing Joke or Dark Knight Returns would've made better scripts.

they would just screw it up, if they tried to directly adapt the comic book material to the screen. Daredevil was --to a great extent-- a direct adaptation of Frank Miller's Daredevil stuff from the early 80s. great source material, terrible movie.

I think they should use Adam West for any new Batman films from now on .

Who reckons this batman's gonna be worth seeing? I'd bet against it, except the first one, they've all been absolutely appalling. That amateur Batman vs Predator was better than all the other batman films put together.

cant believe their makign another batman

1 and 2 were great becasue it was dark and thats what batman was all about 3 and 4 sucked like shit they got comical and Robin sux and they turned batman to a hero

it was better in the 1st origanl one becasue Batman was a bad guy himself and it was nice and dark 2nd was was dark too. then the rest sucked

batman 5 is news to me. 3 and 4 were not good, 2 was brilliant because jim carrey was in it. But the first one is totally brilliant because jack nicholson stole the show as the joker, and michael keaton was for me the best batman so far. Let hope they not pick adam west to play the new batman if he still alive, man was he corny in the series

I think you meant to say Jim Carrey was in the 3rd movie. The second had Catwoman (Michelle Pfieffer) and the Penguin (Danny DeVito).

I actually liked that cheezy show starring Adam West from the 60's. :D

yeah the amateur "batman dead end" rocked(with predator and the aliens) they should have those guys directing the next movie the part were he stands up and his cape is all splayed around him on the groundWOW just like an image out of an alex ross picture amazing really I would recommend anyone interested in this thread d/l it HERE (http://www.theforce.net/theater/shortfilms/batman_deadend/index.shtml) It is only 8 minutes long but a work of art.
