Guilt - What is it?

Yes i feel guilt,
is it because i am guilty or because you* project it on me?

In relation to my kid if feel guilty for not taking him out skating tonight or building a spaceship and instead did priorities which did not involve him.

*the projected other
I feel guilt for not succeeding enough, or is it because society says i should have done so.

nasty habit that emotion.

You'll get over it soon and that feeling will go. You could sleep it out. Don't get up until you've forgotten why you weren't supposed to get up or something else.

Say: "O rejecters,"
"I do not serve what you serve,"
"Nor do you serve what I serve,"
"Nor will I serve what you serve,"
"Nor will you serve what I serve,"
"To you is your system, and to me is mine."

When I was a raving Coke head my coke "mentor" answered when I asked him how to deal with the guilt I felt the morning after parting hearty he said "you have to realize there is no guilt, and move on" Hope this helps

How novel...a junkie who advocates a self-serving philosophy (I'll wager it was your turn to buy the next eight ball.)

Guilt is what you pretend to have when you get caught doing something wrong
