Hitman 2 Soundprobs, Please Help

The game works fine, but i have no sound what so ever. in fact, the sound options button is even grayed out. I think it has something to do with the fact that no SoundEngine.dll came with the download. Anyone with a working copy be able to send me that or tell me where to get it?
