Kazaa's crap it's really just for newbies, it's dying in a way not by the numbers that use it but by all the flaws, fakes and shit, also if you pay attention to what sharmans does to the program e.g. ALtnet and the like they eventualy want to shut down fasttrack and replace it with there altnet DRM content, how will they do that you ask? very eaisly most of the users on the network use KMD and it would take them an update to shut most of the network down leaving only kazaa lite and the few other clients that run without KMD updates.

Anyway there are better things out there like shareaza and bittorent, also theres old favourites like newsgroup, irc and of course Ftp :D
