Hi guys, yesterday my dad, my brother and me went biking to the beach and then we went through the countryside,
you know, lots of hills, up and down, rough terrain and all that;
so all in all we biked for like 27kms or 17 miles, this is the second time we do this
and now I was wondering, is all this biking healthy?.
I've seen all those biking tournaments but now that I think of it I never noticed what distances they actually go.
We always liked biking places, to the store and so, but we never did it for so long, it took us like five hours, so now we are all sore and kinda tired still, :lol:!
Any ways, it is so cool biking on the beach and all, but you think we should do a bit less for now?,
until we get more condition or something.

That's incredible, mate.

I'm sure your arse is killing you, like.

I'm sure you could've gone further if you hadn't removed the seat.

:pinch: Sicko.

Fifteen nuns in the courtyard of a convent, fighting over a bike.

Mother Superior comes out and shouts...

'Right, stop the arguments or I'm putting the seat back on'.

I've ridden a 25 km time trial in half an hour and change with my pulse an average 183bpm and my lungs threatening to exit through my left nostril with no lingering effects.
Albeit it was on some shite cattle path in a rainstorm in Belgium and not on a terrible beach resort in Mexico so maybe you should check with a doctor just to be sure.

I don't see how it could be bad really.

It's good excercise and you're getting your heart rate up. Keep it up.

Too much bicycling can be pretty bad news for your testicles.

I'd cut down a bit if you ever have any ambitions to start a family anytime in the future :dry:

I take back what I said about it being mental.

You should do it lots, and get a harder saddle.

It not the saddle,it's proper bike fit and how you sit on it.:slap:

When you exercise you have to start with a few minutes a day the first week, regardless of what you do.

damit!, I ended under a car a few minutes ago, now I'm all bruised :-( .
I've been going out on my bike these few days, but today I guess I was feeling great or something and I was reckless;
the thing is I was biking in one of the main street in my neigboghood and all of the sudden I decided to take this curve (or turn) at full speed,
I was even pedaling wile turning (yeah, dumb I know) but a car was coming out of that street so I had to evade it (what is the right word?)
and that is when it happened, my bike slid with the loose gravel and went straight under a parked car,
and the worst part is that there is a Chinese restaurant right there, and some of the ladies came out and started laughing and saying stuff I couldn't understand to each other,
can you believe that?, I will hate them for a wile; so very dignified I got up, fixed my self, checked the bike and went on. lol.
