The speaker provides no basis for his story at all.

Read this (http://mosessaur.spaces.live.com/Blog/cns!44969D011B4570B!3076.entry). Seems logical to me.

it doesn't matter what is the real meaning of the logo.
the point is the reason they banned/want to ban it.
they are totally crazy ppl.... and there is an endless amount of other footages that support this.

It does matter what the real logo is as it gives or takes validity to the speakers case.

We all know these outspoken Islamic clerics are nuts, tho'. No secret there.

Lots of people bocott brands/companies for their own personal reasons.

It's how you affect change as a consumer. I do it myself.

I'd expect a bit of research first though, and I'd only boycott a company for what a company does or is involved in, not for the personal beliefs of someone connected to it.. thats just crazy.

Man could that guy have spoken slower or repeated himeslf anymore? There's about 30 seconds of content in that 4 minute video. If the reason to boycott is because there's a picture of a jew on the cups than that is ridiculous. If it's enough of an issue than Starbucks should just serve out of blank cups in Islamic countries.

It's really amazing how Starbucks convinces people to buy a cup of coffee every morning for $3-4 and make them the happiest people in the world.

I always wondered what it takes to brainwash people to an extent that they become your "zombies" :D
