they can be burned without cue files with some programs...but this should work:
Open notepad and paste this:

FILE "Alias.Wavefront.Maya.Unlimited.V5.0-ISO.ShareReactor.bin" BINARY
 TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
   INDEX 01 00:00:00

but substitute the Alias.Wavefront...stuff with the filename of your .bin, leave the quotation marks. Save as a .cue file
close, and rename it the same as your bin file, just with the .cue extension. Place it in the same directory as the .bin.
done

This has been discussed at least a hundred times before, but I'll be nice and give you my standard answer. Download WinISO from Kazaa. Use it to convert your .bin file to .iso format. You don't need a .cue file to burn .iso files. ;)

it still baffles me that people want to waste their time converting an already perfectly valid and useable .bin to
an .iso....

Trust me, I've burned hundreds of image files and .bin's are the biggest pain in the ass. It only takes a few seconds to convert them, and the resulting .iso is not only easier to use, but it's also a smaller file which makes it more convenient to share over P2P. What is so baffling about that?

It's pointless.
How are .bin's a pain in the ass?
& if .iso's are so great, then why don't any of the major release groups use them?

yep,
people don't even grasp the fack that
1.you don't need a cue to burn
2.you don't have to burn at all
3.if you extrack it to a folder(isobuster/winiso) you are wasting 2x as much space as you should be
