Go to msn.com and click sign in and type what you would for MSN messenger.

tweaks? Going to msn?
that's silly.

Just open MSN Messenger, go to Tools > Options > General
Uncheck the appropriate stuff.

Well, for me that does not work..
When I type in my username and password, it will go to a page saying it cannot be found (just like if I type in a fake URL)

look on the generals tab you get

automatically run messenger when i log onto windows
allow auto sign in when connected to the internet
display msn today when messenger signs in

and then a load of stuff about alerts there is nothing stopping messenger signing in when i use the msn browser i am trying to find tweak manager so that may b the way to go :D
