Latop Bios Detects Hard Drive But Dos Wont!

I boot my laptop up and in the bios there it is my hard drive. However I try to use active-eraser to wipe off ntfs and it wont find the hard drive. Any ideas?

Try Ranish Partition Manager and remove all partitions.

Once you remove all partitions save the changes.

If you want to reinstall Windows XP then just reboot with the XP CD and repartition, format and install.
