Bittorent Error

I was trying to d/l a file using bittorent n it was 80% completed but i had to close it. When i trieed to resume. I got:

"Problem connecting to Tracker- <urlopen error (10061, connection refused)>"

And there was no traffic. 0d/l and 0u/l

Plz Help

This has happened to me a few times, I just left the torrent open and eventually it resumed.

Well this one time I had to wait a couple of hours until it resumed...

same has happened to me im 56% through bf1942 and it just stopped mid d&#092;l and ive tried other torrents avi&#39;s and games and music and nothing is connecting now :(
