I looked on BitMe, ebooksshares, bibliotik, and puretorrents. The book was not available on any of them. I searched under "Cabot" and "Alzheimer's"

While that book was not available, there were a few similar books that did come up on those sites. A few videos also showed up on BitMe. Good luck.
