i might be buying a new computer that comes with a tv-tuner card. It says it has a built in fm radio and a remote. With this card can i watch tv channels on my computer? And is this easy to set up?

Yes but you will need an antennae if you don't have cable

are the antennae expensive?
and also in comparison to a pentium what is an AMD Athlon XP-2800 like?
eg. is it around 2ghz or 3ghz

you just need a standard TV antenna

and the Athlon XP speeds are about as fast as they say they are (2800 in your case)
