I'm only aware of STB which is invite-only. But as someone above mentioned the real haven for jailbroken iPhone users is Appulo. So many cracked apps and games, all for free and yours to download onto your phone, even instantly via 3G if you install Installous...just thinking about it makes me want to go on a useless app downloading spree.

I personally prefer DDL sites for my iphone needs due to how easy it is to update whenever new versions are available. Files are small anyway so it's easy to download. However, if you're into packs torrents could be the better option.
