I am new to downloading games.I have just downloaded RONations and when i click on it, it flashes and then goes off.Sorry if i sound a bit dense but like i say
i'm just starting out.

we need a little more details what extension is it? is it exe? is it from kazaa? is it verrified? it could be a virus

If its the file I'm thinking of, which is the one I got, just rename it to .bin, if it isnt then its probably a fake. like monkee boy said, need more info.

rise of nations is approx 555kb with .exe
After i click on it.It flashes C:/docume then its gone.
Do i have to convert it to .bin or .cue???

555kb is WAY to small for a game. Did u mean 555mb? if not then it will proberly if not definatly be a virus. Have u scanned the file for a virus?

are you sure its KB not megabytes cause if its KB i'm possitive its a virus! NEVER DOWNLOAD ANYGAME that is too small and impossible to be that small... i really reccomend going online and getting a virus check.... :o

Rise_of_Nations-FLT.x-gamers.ShareReactor.BIN 542MB if I remember correctly it came as an exe, do you have an ISO program installed? but if its kb, then I have to agree with monkeee
