Hi, I don't know if I am in the right section, But have a question regarding digital photography, I need a digital camera that will be able to take detailed shots of the gem stone Opal, It is very hard to capture the fire in the stone while holding it etc., But I need to photograph them in this way.
It has to be a close up, I see them all the time on e-bay, With great detail, But I don't want to spend a fortune. I have a Kodak DC 215, But it is of no help. Any help that you masters might offer, I would be gratful.
