Windows Xp Gui Enhancement Programs...

Anyone know of any good programs for transparency, shading, sticky for Windows XP? I've tried some but most of them took up too much resources or had crap features/options or were slow as hell...

I've tried: Object Desktop (YUCK!), Actual Tools (too damn slow), Glass2k (options suck), and a couple small programs I forgot.

Nevermind, found a good shading/sticky program. Now just to find a transparency program...
