what are people using to capture some of these movies? some of these movies like "2 fast 2 furious", and "the hulk" look like they were captured from a theather somehweres. does anyone know how this is done and what is used?

And how do people get these workprints and screeners ??
I got an idea how, but would be nice if someones gonna explain it to me correctly :D
