I'm not a collector btw. I use them all.It seems a lot but that in no way automatically means you're collecting...you never really know whether someone is using all their accounts for acceptable reasons unless you know all the information required to make a proper conclusion about it.

I do know however people whose random accounts at certain places are definitely not being used for an acceptable reasons...hence I know they are collecting THOSE particular accounts...

I'm not a collector btw. I use them all.

Using them and using them the way that it was intended are two entirely different things.I 'm also on a few sites that I "use" but I "use" them to the extent that I login and occasionally download something just to keep them active in case my main ones go the way of ScT or Rabbit.

So bullshit.

And please don't insult my intelligence by saying that you need them for the packs because ( movie) packs for the most part are just another way of writing " good way to increase my upload amount"

Do I consider myself a collector? Not really. I think it's prudent to have backups for a few reasons, including both site shutdowns and dispersal of rare content. I certainly don't join every site possible. Some of the sites are also relics from my earlier days of torrenting where sites with less content were generally replaced with sites with more content as I received some invites. I refrained from naming names since the e-peen thing is kinda lame, but my favourite sites are always music sites since I know a fair bit about audio encoding, equipment, and music in general, and never get tired of looking for new bands :)
