well if your new, b4 asking any questions about burning or converting movies, from now on go to www.dvdrhelp.com then if you are not sure, come here and ask. Burning VCD's is on guides in dvdrhelp.

Lighter. :P

Use Nero, and you need the movie to be in MPG1/2. :D

nero has a wizard for VCD but your source has to be in vcd format for you to use it, otherwise you need to convert.

Sorry Sports fans..wrong..wrong...wrong. Nero will convert an AVI file to MPG prior to burning them....but if you want it done already for ya, contact me by email..I have a Teripan VCD burner and always post MPG Format. [email protected]

Nero's conversion is not as good quality as TMPGEnc's conversion

NTIA 2000, that also burns VCD, Bit more picky... Need to know, are you even attempting to burn, or what?

I use EO-Video to convert my files to MPEG format, then burn them with nero express..

The Movie Will Have To Be Less Than 80(Or 90 Depending On Your CD-R) Minutes It Doesn't Matter About Size.....You Can Split The Movie With TMPGEnc Then Put It On 2 Discs.....For Burning Use Nero Express Can't Get Any Easier ;)

please read my answer in your previous thread

nero is not good for encoding, its ONLY good for burning.
