I told this to my jew friend and he said the only reason why this joke exsists is because back in olden times jews couldn't get a good job so they had to get whever was free cuz they were poor

I don't know about this, but what I know is that jews, because of their religion were often excuded by the european christian societies & that's why they could only be bankers, cos chistians though money was someting dirty.

lol, that's an old joke, but still good, only those who enjoy when something is free of charge can laugh at it. Others think it's about Jews. As if getting anything free was an abomination to Gentiles !
