i tried opening this torrent and all i got was a page full of code and have no idea wat to do
any help appreciated

Just right-clik the torrent and hit save target as....

i saved target to location on my hard drive and it jussaved it as a notepad file
im just used to bt doing all the work for me

Why would u save it as a notepad file. No, u just save the torrent the extension should read ".torrent" and then u open that up and it will load bittorrent to download the file u want.

well try installing it again, if you did <_< cause if you did, it would save it as a torrent NOT a notepad

He just didn&#39;t do it right put your cursor over the torrent then right-clik then save target as... and then it will ask where u want it to go then after selecting destination go to that folder and double-clik it and it will load bittorrent to download the file.
