i run both together dl , i have dsl usually get 60kbs ;)

So u might get about 20k/per program because u are downloading and sharing on both. At least u should be

well i&#39;m sharing over 3&#39;000 avi & mp3 files on k-lite, dont know am i sharing on bittorrent ? <_<

Yeah, u are on bittorrent whatever u download u share at the same time u will see the upload speed moving underneath your download speed.
