After I choose a movie on Suprnova.org and download the link, what do i have to do so it can appear on the traffic window?

OK i downloaded bitorrent, but now when i start the download I get an error message that says: "problem connecting to tracker- <urlopen error (10061 connection refused). Why?

try downloading something else and make sure your firewall is configured

Just give it a couple of hours to start going. The suprnova trackers usually do not connect you right away.
