um... it appears to be someone's sale/trade site, and the lists are all zipped up. if you click any of the links, the zips contain .XLS files so you have to have Microsoft Excel installed to view these spreadsheets.

in other words, i think it's nothing more than an advertisment. and a poorly designed one, if they're expecting everyone who views it to have a spreadsheet program installed. :rolleyes:
