just install click on a torrent (suprnova and ur done..)

If u downloaded it and installed it then it's there to make sure go to www.suprnova.org and clik on one of those files and see if it works or try http://btrpalace.ath.cx:6969/ a download a movie that's ready to one burn to disc to watch on your dvd player.

Anyway, download BitTorrent and install it. Then get any torrent file and start downloading...
