Torrential.ws problem

Does torrential.ws have an irc channel. I am having problems logging into my account. Have emailed the email address, but have not heard a response back for a few days. Thanks

They have no IRC that I know of, but I could be wrong. What kind of problems are you having with your account? Did you try recovering your password?

For some reason it says my user/pass is not good. Since I couldnt get back to staff I figured I would just make a new account and start from scratch, but i never recieved a confirmation email and the new account does not work either.
