Any similar service to PayPal for Indians to use?

Heard that Alertpay is good. I have a unvarified account there.. Unvarified cause, I don't believe them..
For me, this news is worst, cause, this means I can't use paypal any more for online transitions.. And this fact means: I'm out of usenet services.. Totally fucked up, and can't think anything about it.. :(

Best possible solution : Have a friend purchase stuff for you online.

So how do they know you're operating from India anyway, linking to an Indian-origin bank account? Why not create an unverified account, use CC for PayPal fund replenishing.

One have to varify his/her account in PP using any credit-card or back account of any country.
