Seedbox with VNC

looking for cheap seedbox with VNC (prefer UBUNTU).
unmeterted or high bandwith.
no need for more than 20-30GB HDD.
connection can be 100MPBS even slower.

Otherwise you could just get a cheap VPS from like burst.net and install VNC+ubuntu yourself..
