Since they 'relaunched' I have had nothing but problems and they refuse to answer any communication. Getting constant errors and torrents stopping because of 'no server space' when I haven't even used half of my allocated diskspace.

Give these cowboys a wide berth.

Constant errors and torrents stopping because of "no server space" when you haven't even used half your allocated diskspace would be my pick. Although as far as I know, there's nothing inherently shady or cheap about a .cc domain - it's free .co.cc redirectors that shouldn't be trusted.

My thoughts exactly. When a seedbox provider, a company that specialises in networks, uses free domains, it shouts scam. No two ways about it.

Ask for a refund. Imaginably they'll deny you that, so next thing is to just forget about it...

No i read some where on scc forum that even when you order Sb from .fr they give u box with weburl pointing 2ward .CC

And I am sorry i incorrectly regarded .cc as .co.cc but really op you should have checked for review. All i can see is -ve review for their services every where

Yeah, anon already covered that, and more clearly. co.cc is the free one that's used for spam and advertising, it's now been pointed out multiple times

When your thinking of using an unhead of to you seedbox company a good idea would be to check reviews for that company.
If there's no information about it or even bad info I would steer clear of it.

Has anyone any ideas for a decent box at a similar price then? I don't mind paying a little extra as it is becoming clear that you get what you pay for.

cut-copy-paste no that's wrong. a seedbox.fr box is exactly that (fat lot of good transmission 2.2 does at scc though) -but .fr and .cc are definitely affiliated as you'll get .cc offers sent to your email as soon as you've got a .fr box

Seedbox.cc have now apparently disconnected my old box even though it is paid up till the end of the month, so I will be pursuing them through Paypal for a refund.

Couldn't be happier with Feral so at least some good has come from it.

meh, i just signed up with them for 3mths for a 100/100 connection with 100Gig SSD and Transmission
i have been hassling them to tell me how many user's are using the 100/100 connection but don't seem to be getting any answers.
i only signed up to see how the SSD preformed but really don't see any difference to a HDD
i seem to be upload at a steady 2MB/s
it only cost be AU$25.00 for 3mths
