100% it is a bot (a bot_uploader) , from 2 years and 5 months he upload by ~14mb/s , its impossible for a humen (even with a gbits seedbox).

Someone who can transfer that much of the data in the span of 2 years should also give a try to run a free filesharing service.

I'm sure that is not a person but an auto-uplaoder, so its nothing wrong with an auto-uploader is getting 1PB in an hd site with lots of snatches.

There maybe more than one autobot there. Only one I saw was the one that uploaded unpacked Scene x264 releases.It was very slow.

AFAIK, China's network is extremely oversold. Most of their submarine connections go to US, and Europe over/underland via Russia.

Yes.
With SSDs on a server with GBit connection, you can do around 9TB/day. Provided you are lucky enough to be connected to peers which max out your connection the entire day.(Highly unlikely, even if you're an uploader on a big tracker.)

Let Me calculate. A 1gbit server with SSD is by anyway not lower then 100$. For 3 year it means 3600$ even if we do not consider that a year ago Gbit were much more costlier.
