So America owes ~14 trillion dollars and they're now allowed to borrow another ~2 trillion dollars

Do you know who America is borrowing this money from?

Yeah I get ya, they just make more debt for the ledger line. man governance looks like a really involved science, I hope they get it right, they've got alot going for them but it's hard times for anyone but upper-class people (hard times is actually relevant to how good they've had it though) right now. People working 2 and 3 jobs (every waking hour) now to pay the debts they made when times were good doesn't sound like fun, like when you're ousted from your job and forced to get into another that just doesn't keep you in the green anymore

a7x: Yes that means they make more imaginary money, which then becomes real as part of a real system of taxes+services
